KentVA was formed by two highly experienced Kent-based Virtual Assistants who identified the need to provide professional office support services for businesses whether they are sole-traders or large corporations.

Rebecca Whiffin – Managing Director

Rebecca started work in the City as an office junior at the beginning of 1990 and was quickly promoted to Senior PA for a Multinational Insurance Company. Whilst working in this career she studied as an Insurance Underwriter and continued Underwriting until 2002. 

In 2003, she decided to set up her own Virtual Office company and has successfully run her own business before starting KentVA early in 2008.

Rebecca has worked with a diverse range of clients and helped them to achieve their business potential by providing a wide range of office administrative support services associated with the running of their own businesses.

Throughout her developing career Rebecca has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skills which she now passes to her clients.
